Raw Fudge Recipe

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup organic raisins or you can use dates
  • 1 avocado (to give the fudge a wonderful fluffy texture without the use of cream and other beauty-squashing ingredients)
  • 3 Tbs. raw honey or maple syrup (Or more, depending how sweet you like your fudge)
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract (you can easily make your own vanilla extract, all you need is time!) Go here for recipe.
  • 1 cup raw cacao nibs (you can add a bit more, depending how thick you like your fudge.)
I like to soak the raisins or dates in water over night, so that it is easier to blend them. I blend all the ingredients together and you will see how the avocado will change the texture of the fudge. It really is amazing. I usually let it cool for about 1/2 hour and then I serve.
