Guacamole

Yummy, yummy guacamole. I love love love avocados. They are also healthy for you, they are filled with fiber, help lower cholesterol and they are a healthy fats. It is also said that they are an awesome to keep your skin smooth and youthful as well.

Guacamole

  • 4 avocados
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of chopped tomatos
  • 1 lime
  • a bunch of cilantro
  • 2 pinches of smoked salt
  • bit of cayanne pepper,

Chop up avocados and mash them together, add green onion, finely chopped garlic and cilantro. Then add rest of ingredients, mix together and serve! Enjoy.

Sometimes I like to add red peppers to it and also I love to top off my nut burgers with guacamole!
