Avocado Dressing

Avocado Dressing!

It’s rich, delicious, anti-inflammatory, highly alkaline and a real staple in your new way of eating.

1/2 cup Parsley
2 Haas Avocado (pitted and peeled)
1 heaping Tablespoon Sesame Tahini
2 Tblsps. Tamari or Bragg’s Aminos
1 Lime (no peeling)
1/2 inch Fresh Ginger Root (peeled)
1/2 inch Fresh Turmeric Root (or) 2 teaspoons Powdered
5 drops Stevia, or 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or Honey
1 cup Water (purified)
Seasalt and Red Pepper (Cayenne) to taste.

Blend all ingredients in the blender, slowly.

It will last about 3 days in the refrigerator.
