Life is an amazing journey. The pathway turns and twists, with so many choices, which can boggle the mind. Food has been a long journey of mine and it is still. I am forever changing what I eat as I learn more things about my body, and I try to listen to it as much as possible. My suggestion is to not restrict yourself to being just one “way”, explore and see what makes you feel the best.
Currently my diet consists of vegetarian meals, with some fish, egg and cheese, and I am eating about an 80% raw food diet. With the increase in raw food, I have found huge serge in energy and happiness. So, the journey continues, and I am a student of life.
